Payments can be made in person at the BDAC Counter during
official office hours. Accepted payment methods at the
counter include cash and
cheque.

After completing the bank transfer, email a clear screenshot
or photograph of the payment confirmation to
info@bdac.com.bn
with the organization name and registration details.
Full payment must be received before commencement of the
training programme and assessment to confirm participation.
Partial or delayed payments may result in forfeiture of the
registration.
Terms and Conditions
1. Confirmation of Placement
Placement in the SCMP or MSA will only be secured upon
full payment of the fees. All confirmed participants will
be notified via email.
2. Registration Fee
Training registration fee includes programme materials,
refreshments consisting of morning and afternoon tea
breaks per training day for physical training sessions.
3. Promotional or Early Registration Rate
The promotional or early registration rate is only
applicable to registrations that satisfy the eligibility
requirements specified by BDAC. The standard rate shall
apply after the promotional places have been taken or
after the applicable promotional period has ended.
4. Payment
All payments shall be made either by cash, cheque, or bank
transfer. If an invoice is required, it may take three
working days to process for issuance.
5. Withdrawal
a.
Any confirmed participant may withdraw from the SCMP or
MSA by giving notice in writing to
info@bdac.com.bn
before the commencement of the SCMP or MSA.
b.
Where notice of withdrawal is received by BDAC within
14 days before the commencement of the SCMP or MSA, any
fees paid shall be non-refundable.
6. No Deferment
A confirmed participant may not defer or postpone their
participation in the SCMP or MSA. Absence from the
programme shall be treated as withdrawal and Clause 5
shall apply.
7. Request for Replacement
a.
A confirmed participant may request to be replaced by
another individual from the same organisation before the
commencement of the SCMP or MSA.
b.
If the request is received by BDAC within 10 days before
commencement, an administrative fee of BND 100.00 shall
be imposed for each replacement.
c.
The replacement request must be made in writing to
info@bdac.com.bn

8. Programme Changes and Cancellation
a.
BDAC reserves the right to cancel or change the date of
the SCMP and MSA at any time. Any changes will be notified
to confirmed participants as soon as possible.
b.
If BDAC cancels the SCMP or MSA, the full fees paid will
be refunded or applied as credit toward the rescheduled
programme. BDAC's liability shall be limited to the
applicable registration fees.
9. Intellectual Property
a.
All intellectual property rights in and to the SCMP and
MSA, their content, and all materials distributed in
connection with the Programme shall be the sole and
exclusive property of BDAC, Singapore Mediation Centre,
or the relevant third-party owner.
b.
Confirmed participants may use course materials for
personal purposes only. Materials may not be used by,
shared with, or given to other persons or third parties.
c.
Participants shall not reproduce, sell, or copy Programme
materials, in whole or in part, except for social-media
posting or post-event references. Audio and visual
recordings for commercial distribution are prohibited
without prior consent.
10. Privacy
All personal data and information collected through this
registration form is for course registration, Programme
administration, and related communication and will be
handled according to BDAC's Privacy Policy.
11. Certification
Participants must complete all training sessions to be
eligible for a certificate of completion and pass the MSA
assessment to be eligible for a certificate of
accreditation. Certificates will be jointly issued by
BDAC and Singapore Mediation Centre.
12. Mediator Accreditation
a.
Participants who pass the MSA may refer to themselves as
a “BDAC-SMC Accredited Mediator” and
will be added to BDAC's Panel of Mediators upon
application and submission of the required documents.
b.
BDAC does not guarantee that accredited participants will
be assigned mediation cases.
